Returns & Exchanges

At Grace Studio, we want you to be happy with what you receive. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

When Returns Apply

We do not offer returns, exchanges or refunds for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or simply deciding that you no longer want an item.

However, please contact us if:

  • Your item arrives damaged, stained or defective; or
  • You receive an item that is different from what you ordered.

Nothing in this policy excludes or limits any rights or remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.

Eligibility & Reporting an Issue

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery where reasonably possible so that we can investigate the issue promptly.

Items should be unworn, unwashed and, where possible, returned in their original condition with tags attached.

Sale and Final Sale items are not eligible for change-of-mind returns or exchanges. This does not affect your rights in relation to faulty or incorrectly supplied goods.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact us — Email weargracestudio@gmail.com with your order number, a description of the issue and, where relevant, photos showing the problem.
  2. Review — We'll review your request and provide the next steps.
  3. Return the item — If a return is required, we'll provide you with return instructions and the appropriate return address.

Please do not send an item back before contacting us.

Refunds

Once an approved returned item has been received and inspected, we'll process the applicable refund as soon as reasonably practicable. Refunds are generally issued to the original payment method.

Where appropriate and agreed with you, store credit may also be offered as an alternative.

Exchanges

Where an exchange is appropriate, it is subject to product availability. If the replacement item is unavailable, we'll discuss the available remedy with you.

Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in this Returns & Exchanges Policy is intended to exclude, restrict or modify those guarantees or any other rights you may have under applicable law.
